Hadiah Jordan

Hadiah Shole Jordan has more than 15 years of experience in civic engagement, managing projects in construction, transportation, economic development, needs assessment, and environmental impact studies. She first began working for DP Consultants, Inc. in 2016 where she leads outreach for the Northeast Boundary Tunnel Project, the largest component of DC Water’s Clean Rivers Project.

Prior to her work with DPC, Jordan served as Associate II for PRR, Inc. a communications solutions firm, and as Associate for Justice and Sustainability Associates, which specializes in civic engagement processes. She specializes in cultivating stakeholder relationships, developing partnerships, and implementing civic engagement processes. Jordan’s goal is to achieve a fair and just process to engage communities impacted by the quality-of-life improvements initiated by government projects. She has a BA from Howard University in print journalism.
